We are excited to welcome you to the first blog post of the Kytherian Genealogy Project by Amalia and Kalie.
We, Amalia and Kalie, are the creators of the Kytherian Genealogy Project and are very excited to welcome you to our blog. Over ten years ago, we combined to share our passion for family history and together have been working to piece together the family tree of the people of Kythera. We have read, transcribed and translated hundreds of thousands of pieces of information about the families of Kythera. Between us, we spend about 80 hours a week reading and researching whatever we can find and we love sharing this knowledge with the world. We hope to add to our blog whenever we find interesting information about Kytherian people that we feel we need to share with the world. Some blogs will be stories about individuals and what we have discovered about these people, whilst others will be general stories about Kythera, family history research or just about anything we feel would be of interest.
